AYM Construction PTE LTD is a local BCA and Npark registered firm initiated in 1992, dealing with construction works, maintenance of infrastructure projects along with landscaping and horticulture works. The business is resolute and determined to provide only quality workmanship to its customers and has worked with multitudes of clients, such as Dae Yang and CapeEast in the past.

The business has also offered its services to prominent landmarks in Singapore, such as the Singapore Turf Club, Jurong Bird Park, Rider’s lodge at Turf City, Kranji Sanctuary Golf course alongside various community clubs/centres namely Fuchun CC, Siglap CC, Tampines North CC and Simei CC. The success of AYM Construction Pte Ltd was mainly due to their persistence towards quality, fine workmanship,  hard work, and timely meeting of targets. Combined with excellent, prompt and friendly service with a team of hardworking staff, AYM Construction was able to build its eminence in the industry.

Our Story

AYM is led by Ms Malarvili Visvanathan, and her sons Mr V Sargunan and Mr V Aravinthan. Together with Mr S. Govindswarmy, they aim to continue the legacy left behind by Mr P. Visvanathan, the founder, and to further develop and expand the business. AYM Construction Pte Ltd is currently involved in various projects at Singapore Turf Club, Bukit Panjang Community Centre and Seletar Country Club and Keller Foundation SEA Pte LTD. The firm has also tendered for sub-con projects at Jurong Island, fulfilling the goals set by the new leaders.

AYM Construction Pte Ltd is planning to venture out into wider areas in their current field within the next biennium, towards a greater success.
